Returns and Refunds
Items may be returned within 10 days of original purchase. Please email email@example.com prior to returning items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The items must also be in the original packaging.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once an item is received, we will send a notification email stating that we have received the returned item.
If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment. Refunds should appear within 2-3 days if issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account typically take 7-10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If a refund hasn't been received within 7-10 business days:
1. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
2. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
